Lexus has been awarded an unprecedented eighth consecutive Gold Award as the number one ranked brand for overall satisfaction in the 2008 J.D. Power and Associates UK Customer Satisfaction Index StudySM*. With a total score of 866 index points, Lexus improved on its 2007 winning total by a further 4 points.
April 08: Lexus Authorised Retailers once again achieved top spot in the 2008 Driver Power survey carried out by Auto Express magazine in the UK. With an overall ranking of 90.95%, Lexus is rated as the car brand with the best dealers in the UK by a comfortable margin. Indeed, none of its main luxury competitors made it into the top 10.
